In a bold move to revolutionize the media landscape, Achievers Creative Theater has launched Metrock TV, a cutting-edge platform poised to redefine the boundaries of storytelling and entertainment.

The TV launch held over the weekend in Minna, Niger State, brought together prominent business men, media practitioners and union leaders to rejoice with the CEO Metrock TV on his journey to transfer an online TV transmission across the length and breadth of Niger State.
In his keynote address during the unveiling ceremony, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Metrock TV and Achievers Movie Theater, Noel Dauda, highlighted the platform’s vision, saying that apart from the online television transmission, the Metrock TV will operate as a full media consultancy firm, offering digital news coverage, event management, production services, as well as entertainment remedies.

According to Dauda, “Today marks more than just unveiling of Metrock TV, the platform confirmed our brand ambassadors and honours individuals who have made outstanding impact on societal development and humanitarian service”.
He acknowledged the strategic support and mentorship of key stakeholders, including Comrade AbdulKareem Idris Lafene, Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Niger State Chapter, and Mrs. Celine Moses Alikali of Lina TV.
Representative of the NLC Chairman, Comrade Usman Abubakar Dabban, Chairman of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (Niger State Council), reaffirmed the labour movement’s commitment to supporting youth-driven enterprises that foster regional economic and social growth.

Goodwill messages were also delivered by representatives of Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa, Managing Director of N-HYPPADEC; former Speaker of the Niger State House of Assembly, Hon. Ahmed Marafa Gumi; and Hon. Aliyu Barwa Wushishi.
Stakeholders at the event applauded the initiative for addressing the need for inclusive grassroots communication, while creating new avenues for youth employment in media and entertainment.
They opined that Metrock TV is a game-changer in the media industry, bringing new ideas, technologies and approaches that will significantly improve and transform the way media is created, consumed, or interacted with.
Highlights of the launch was the symbolic presentation of awards to prominent personalities and the official induction of brand ambassadors.
